Prayers for Confession
A great and fearsome God,
That we honor and laud;
And faithfully assures,
To each one who endures.
Those who love and obey,
He protects everyday;
Through the thick and the thin,
From temptation of sin.
But it does make Him sad,
Since we have sinned so bad;
And rebelled against Him
Making God oh so grim.
With being filled with flaws,
For rejecting His Laws;
Ignoring as were taught,
Doing what we should not.
But if we will confess,
God justifies to bless;
And willing to forgive,
For eternally to live.
