It gives my heart bittersweet peace
to know what I truly am.
For I am a dark,vile creature of the deepest night,
with glowing red eyes filled with malicious intent,
and sharp razor-like teeth greedily feeding
upon the warm,sweet blood of innocents,
just to survive another hellish otherworldly night.
I have no conscience,no regrets about what I have become,
for I am a vampire, the most feared creature of the night.
