(There have been 4 people who I feel have been sent to me by God to strengthen my Faith and this is for those four people)
God Fearing Man
We go through life in many stages
If we're lucky there's at least one person
Who has made a big impact on our lives
That special someone who is there for us
Who without them we couldn't survive
Well I have been fortunate to have four
Who each played a separate but important role
To shape me into the man I am now
These four people are important to me
That I thank them from my heart and soul
(I will never forget them; this my solemn vow)
You were there in the beginning
It was you who gave me life
You have always been there for me
Because of you I've seen the light
Couldn't ask for a better person
To have there as my mom
You are one of many blessings
That's been sent to me by God
You have taught me right from wrong
You always gave more of yourself
Whenever you were ever needed
You were always there to help
You were never materially blessed
But you were blessed with many friends
So I know that God is proud of you
You are truly heaven sent
I know that God is happy
For the life that you have lived
Your life it truly shaped me
You taught me how to give
You are truly such a blessing
You were part of God's great plan
Without you I wouldn't be
This God fearing man
You were there to confirm me
Though those years were long ago
But the message that you taught me
Got me through the highs and lows
I would never be the person
That I am this very day
Pastor T you are the reason
It is you who showed the way
There's another special person
Who without I'm not complete
Who has taught me many lessons
One of the best I'll ever meet
Pastor George you are a blessing
And to this you need to know
That I treasure all those meetings
And the example you did show
So I know that God is happy
For the life that you two lived
Your life it truly shaped me
You taught me how to give
You are truly such a blessing
You were part of God's great plan
Without you I wouldn't be
This God fearing man
There is one more special person
Who's been a blessing in my life
God sent this special blessing
To become my loving wife
I would never be the person
That God intended me to be
For my wife she is the reason
I opened my eyes to finally see
So I know that God is happy
For the life that you have lived
Your life it truly shaped me
You taught me to forgive
You are truly such a blessing
You were part of God's great plan
Without you I wouldn't be
