LET THINGS BE







         


I hate it when things have to change
Nothing`s familiar but are strange,
Change isn`t always for the best
It can cause unease and unrest.

         

Sometimes they call it progress
But it can cause nothing but stress,
Why change something that isn`t broke
To me sometimes change is no joke.

         

I like things to remain the same
I know where I am then, I proclaim,
Sometimes the old ways are the best
I`m glad I got this off my chest.
