Ethereal Moments The Poetry of Donavon Scott Vinson
Euphonious
Love's euphonious voice softly calls
out to me from the misty veil of night.
Comes to me as a shimmering apparition
to haunt the peacefulness of my dreams.
As a gentle spectre it quietly invades
the silent chambers of my slumbering heart.
It is like a mesmerizing aura of phosphorescent
light painting the walls of my dark soul
with the brilliant colors of sweet emotion.
And love fills my quizzical mind
with wonderful delight.
