Be Consistent
I am here to proclaim,
That Christ has stayed the same;
He is the same here today,
As He was yesterday.
Do not be fooled by talk,
That will boast and will balk;
With teachings of the Word,
That sounds really absurd.
It is better to have strength,
From God to go the length;
And has been very kind,
In trying to ease your mind.
It's best with His kindness,
Gracing with blessedness;
Than depending on food,
That changes our mood.
Be consistent for Christ,
Not changing when enticed;
Bear in mind to obey,
Abiding in Him each day.
