 Where are all the Children?
Where are all the children?
The streets seem cold and bare
Where are all the children?
Or don't we even care?

Where are all the children?
Playing with their toys
I don't see the children
The little girls and boys

Where are all the couples?
Holding hand in hand
Whispering sweet nothings
Young woman and young man

The streets they all seem empty
Not a soul in sight
Where are all the people?
It doesn't seem quite right

Where are all the children?
And their pretty smiles
Where is all the laughter?
Why do they run and hide?

I don't see the children
Playing in their yards
This sight it makes me lonely
It's breaking my poor heart
