Bringing People to God
Surely we know what it means,
Since we were in our teens;
To respect our Lord God,
Giving Him honor and laud.
So we encourage others,
To be sisters and brothers;
Turning to Christ as their Lord,
And abiding within His Word.
God himself knows what we are,
The mind as an open drawer;
If we are kind or are rude,
To have the right attitude.
If our mind thoughts are good,
Then we will do as we should;
Ruled by Christ within His love,
That showers down from above.
If in Christ you have new birth,
A new creature here on earth;
And old things are passed away,
Until He returns someday.
