Turn To God
To lose someone you love
So close to your heart
You hurt so much inside
It tears your heart apart
To have to say goodbye
For that final time
You turn to God above
He'll give you peace of mind
To lose a dear loved one
Is never that easy
No matter how long they lived
It's such a hard feeling
The thought that they are gone
That all life must end
You turn to God above
Your heart He will mend
Take comfort in knowing
That God understands
He knows how you're feeling
You're in His caring hands
The pain is still there
And you suffered great loss
But turn to your God
And remember the cross
