THINKING OF US






 ~  THINKING OF US  ~










As I sit and stare at the sea
Thinking of nothing but you and me,
When the waves land and kiss the shore
My heart longs for you more and more.

         

As the seagulls screech overhead
I can hear your voice in my head,
`I love you darling` I hear you say
Those sweet words always make my day.

         

As the warm breeze touches my skin
I feel your love from deep within,
You hold me close deep in your heart
And I know we will never part.

         

And though these thoughts are company
In your arms I would rather be,
We`d hold one another so tight
The love in our eyes would shine bright.

         

For now I just let out a sigh
And try my hardest not to cry,
We`ll be together very soon
Then we will be over the moon.
