Everyone goes through some hard times,
Especially when inflation climbs;
But although we maybe feeling poor,
We give generously as before.
We give as much as we can afford,
Giving through the church unto the Lord;
And if we can to give even more,
Because of trust for our Savior.
It's part of spiritual living,
In having such a joy of giving;
In sacrificing of our own,
For Christ as He sits upon His throne.
Because of love we are eager to give,
And helping our neighbors to live;
For it's the grace of giving that must,
Keeping growing as you build your trust.
The more you give the more you will reap,
As you strive, the higher you will leap;
For the Lord will shed His grace on you,
The more you give the more you accrue.
