A Peace Worker
With God as your witness,
Go in the wilderness;
Telling all who you view,
Warn them not to argue.
It will bring discontent,
While hate will augment;
To cause a war of words,
And progress move backwards.
Keep away from such talk,
That rebukes as they mock;
And only brings on shame,
Of what you will proclaim.
You know what's true or not,
So preach what you've been taught;
It's best to walk away,
Arguing makes you stray.
So always be humble,
And don't start to grumble;
God will turn them about,
When they have lost their doubt.
