You Know
You know what I teach,
And all that I give,
In trying to reach,
Others how to live.
You know what I do,
And what I believe;
All I say is true,
For you to receive.
You know how I am,
So patient and kind;
Being like a lamb,
For easing your mind.
You know by my eyes,
That my faith in Christ;
Has made me quite wise,
And never enticed.
In knowing His Word,
With all that is taught;
The truth has been heard,
All that you have sought.
