Love Truth
Developing a Love for the Truth
You must begin to yearn,
While you start to learn;
Just how you should obey,
Each and every day.
Because it is not wise,
Heeding too many lies;
And the truth is unknown,
For you have not been shown.
You're unable to see,
That truth will set you free;
And why you learn to love,
Within the truth thereof.
Many liars have gone out,
In protesting all their doubt;
Without the guilt or shame,
Through the lies they proclaim.
But it is drawing near,
The truth will fill their ear;
When standing before God,
Hearing their words were flawed.
