Harry Sweeden. My life in verse.

Spiders web

Sitting here all alone at night
watching spiders building webs
in all the corners dimly lit
they lure their pray to death
“Come on in” I hear them call
“Crawl into my nest…
I'll strip your flesh and eat your bones
then throw away what's left”!
Then a lonely fly swoops into the room
aiming for the light
he never saw the outstretched web
and kissed his a*se goodnight
the spider waited till all was calm
then moved in for the kill
and sank his fangs into the fly
then had a damn good meal
