From beneath the stony arches of Hadrian's
wall a lone warrior rides out with Excalibur
held high into the of the swirling mists of
the battlefield to meet the endless hordes
of the blood thirsty Saxons.
There is no fear in his courageous heart,
nor any cowering within his duty bound soul as
he stands alone before the thousands of fiery
arrows and brightly gleaming swords of the enemy.
He stands in the swirling mists ready to lay
down his life in defense of his people
for his name is Arturious of the Sarmation knights.
Donavon Scott Vinson
**Perhaps you know this soldier by another name: King Arthur.
This poem is based upon the true Arthur (Luscious Arturious Custus)who was a
knight of the Roman Legion serving in Britainia (Britain)with the legendary
Sarmation Knights, and the man upon whom the legend was born.**
