Unified Spirit
I am far from trying to be rude,
With a soft and quiet attitude;
My behavior is ruled by my heart,
Whence the Holy Spirit does impart.
For with the Spirit you learn to wait,
Having patience for to tolerate;
Enduring one another in love,
And with the understanding thereof.
Take care to keep peace with the Spirit,
In harmony with what you merit;
Serving the Lord in all that you do,
During every task each day through.
There is one body and one Spirit,
For holding no bounds and no limit;
That is marked by God in the one hope,
In the Spirit we see the full scope.
So all the people here on the earth,
Have one Lord one faith and one rebirth;
One God and one Father over all,
In everything both great and small.
