I am here for you
Mom, you don't know I am here at your feet to repay your warm love that nurtured my soul I am here for you to comb your unfixed hair I love to give you all warm gentle care I dreamed your face from far away seven seas Your courage is in my heart each and all days Why you don't feel my kiss on your cold cheeks Why you don't feel my touch on your frail hands Look! Mom this is your favourite author's book Still lies on your desk waiting your warm hug Fragrance of Gardenia mingles with pure love That's how you dwell in my heart deep within All I want now is only your loving smile back Who could bring your sense for a nick of time Flickering yellow flame of the lavender candle dances beside you just like your fragile soul What a lovely world you made for your daughter! Forgive me, mom; I couldn't reach you sooner ! By Swarnapali Liyanage ( My mother , a devoted soul for my best, went to coma while I was flying to her and was in coma for 7 months, passed away peacefully on 25/03/2009, and this event hurts me a lot.)
