dissappointed
the trials and tribulations of raising a family
you would not want to look into the future if it was possible to see:
because when you raise kids they will knock you off your feet:
they will wear you down --you will feel low and beat:
you will remember how they were so small and sweet:
everything seemed so divine and neat:
then as they grow the dissappointment comes into play:
from there actions you would of never expected it no way:
they can become so ruthless unkind and selfish and decieving and mean:
when you lay down to sleep you still feel so upset that you cant even relax to sleep and dream:
kids i dont know if they realize they zap years off of there parents life:
by giving them so much grief pain and strife:
i just do not understand the disrespect from my kids that i have been give over and over:
it wears you down so low for sure:
what i say to my wife is that if you do your best and if your best is not good enough then i dont have no more to give:
so i just have to do my best to poitively and peacefully live:
the bottom line is this kids simply will not learn until they have kids of there own:
so all you can do from this dissappointment is to turn to god and humbly pray alone:
one day these kids who know it all:
they will be humbled when they fall:
