Semblance

Everything is colourful as our eyes resolve
Let mighty mind blends images with pure love
Seven hues in one rainbow show us togetherness
Look! How it shines above us showing sameness

Every flock of gulls roosts on a cliff in peace
Happy farmers collect hay in dried rice fields
Vivid autumn leaves dance in fast swaying wind
Our eyes relish these wonders gifted us by  God

Sun shows us sameness no matter where we live
Moon cools throught night  tiny drops of dew
Vast blue sky domes us no matter rich or poor
Why we let prejudice cover our cheerful manner

I love your bright blue eyes with happy tears
I am tanned as thick dark silent black nights
My hair is  deep black and yours may be blond
I know well but  all ours inside is blood RED
