No poet did I intend to be
For it comes from my heart you see
To Soar
To Seek
Embrace the sky
Alas no wings have I
Written at a grave site
with tears in my eye
Her children releasing balloons to the sky
For Mom was far too young to die
Her walk so gentle yet aloft
As a bird on it's maiden flight
For on that day a hawk flew by
The day her children asked but why?
Her voice so soft
A mere whisper in the night
To die at 34 just wasn't right
No more beautiful woman I must say
Than she as beautiful coming towards
As the day she went away
Rewrite of poem Immemorial Staci Jo:
The motor home hit head on burst in flames
Her children and mother one car behind seeing
in horror it all---such a loving Mother, God
needed her in heaven I guess
Written for Staci who died in a horrible
accident on highway two Darrington, Wa.
Insane driver took the lives of two. Poem
was written as I watched her two children
release balloons to carry in the wind to Mom
in heaven Stacy today from above watching her
children grow The best of poems comes from
the heart you know
