The Many Mercies of God
By means of the purpose of God,
If we truly honor and laud;
Are made holy by His Spirit,
Through salvation we inherit.
For we are made clean by the blood,
From Jesus and His crimson flood;
That will let Him open the door,
Where it will be righteous and pure.
May you always be having grace,
And comforted by His embrace;
With peace of heart in full measure,
To experience in His pleasure.
Through great mercies He has given,
For a pathway to Heaven;
With a new life through a new birth,
For living beyond of this earth.
A heritage fair which is new,
Is waiting in Heaven for you;
A promise that the Lord does make,
Never will He ever forsake.
By the power of God has kept,
Through our faith that we accept;
And continued hope as we pray,
Of seeing Christ on the last day.
