ObamaNation or Abomination?

Reach in your pocket, my brother dear
Pull out the coins nestled there.

Cup it in your hand and jingle it about
It's cash you've earned, I've no doubt.

Listen to their tinkle, look at their shine...
Tallied all up it's a mere $1.59.

It's just change, no big deal
Not even enough to buy a meal...

Saved daily for rainy ones to come
It adds up to quite a tidy sum!

Now flash forward to the year of 2010
And reach in your pockets once again...

I just bet they are empty this time
Pockets picked clean, ain't it a crime!

Rainy day funds are now Obama's ‘change'
Tell me now, was it a fair exchange?

How many folks like you and me
Got the bailouts or money for free?

Tell me please, will you still feel smug?
Our broken economy, courtesy of a liberal thug!

Turns out all that ‘change' Obama proposed...
Is nothing but ‘chump change' transposed!

Just wait! You'll see your ObamaNation
Transmute our country into an abomination!
