Aberdeen Valentine

From a Torry loon, to an Aberdeen Quine,
Across the water was my valentine,
Like an attraction from across the Dee,
I knew you only had eyes for me.

I know I'm vain, but I'm very dutiful,
I was handsome and you were beautiful,
Made for each other, soul mates together,
Our love  will go on for ever and ever.

Please accept this romantic attempt at prose,
Its from my heart, you know how it goes,
I'll love you always and know you love me,
We live for each other, like the earth to the sea

Roses are red and sometimes they're pink,
We share our love with an eternal link,
Katie and Bill our names are synonymous,
And blame this poem on someone anonymous

Love Bill
