The Power of our God
He thought that He heard someone speak,
So He began trying to seek;
But no girl or man could He see,
Surprisingly how this could be.
There was no one to take the cause,
In showing people of their flaws;
Educate them about the harm,
That should be sounding their alarm.
He would have to do it alone,
And getting up out of His throne;
Walking down the unhallowed path,
While wearing His robe of wrath.
So His arm gave salvation,
And using that as His foundation;
With righteousness as His support,
Along with the Word to exhort.
He will give them the right reward,
If they come and accept the Lord;
When they give a full confession,
They will be given salvation.
But if they do not seem to care,
Confessing the sins that they bear;
Then they will feel all of His rage,
When locked in a fiery cage.
