Teachings of Life
The grace of God is here,
Salvation to each one;
And if holding Him dear,
Blessings come from the Son.
We are already trained,
To turn evil away;
No longer are we chained,
Because we now obey.
The desires of earth,
Are not making us wise;
Just temporary mirth,
That Satan will disguise.
We look for the glad hope,
Knowing God in this life;
Be easier to cope,
With the toils and strife.
Revelation of Christ,
Since it is drawing nigh;
For those who are enticed,
Will have no alibi.
Since they have never learned,
The consequence of sin;
So they have never earned,
Mercy to cleanse within.
