And So, I Settle....
And so, I settle,
Like a butterfly on a leaf,
I have come home,
Finally, and beyond belief,
I am here,
And life is so different,
No longer looking down,
On a world,
Spinning without me,
But part of that world,
Where people connect,
They speak and they smile,
And I respond in kind,
As they pass my door …
And so, I settle,
No longer hide away,
My life something beautiful,
My treasure, day by day.
