Come tell me where you've been
Come join me here beneath this giant tree On this carpet green and made of tender grass May my thoughts be of you and you of me Let hours like silver clouds so swiftly pass Life's fleeting moments flown to not return Many years have slipped out from our clasp There is so much about you left to learn So much more than I can ever grasp When we were young those many years ago We each chose a different path to walk Where time goes we shall never know Nothing slows the ticking of the clock It is so strange to be with you again Come talk and tell all the things you've done Speak about your journey where and when Please tell while we watch the setting sun (c) by Wayne Snow 2009
