"Jesus is with me!" These precious words were said to me
Words that stay with me although long ago spoken you see
"Dandy, Jesus is here to get me you must let go!"
And as she was dying there was a heavenly halo
And you know I felt the presence pain released
"You mustn't worry about me!", and I could see!
The Cancerous pain was gone for once she was free
Set free in her belief in Jesus Christ as her savior
Now I am not preaching these words no Preacher I be
Nor will I say that you have to believe as I do
For I was there the message came to me so true
Mom would never hate anyone with a different thought
Nor is the change in belief in this being sought
On that day there was no doubt Jesus was in the room
And a rose once living in sadness in heaven would bloom
No more pain for this woman who had always known pain
And I know there is always a special angel watching over me
