Being without my loved ones
Has never been easy
Because it has been
mighty lonesome without them
I do find myself wishing
that I could turn back the hands of time
Because I would give anything just to be
able to relive all the special moments
and the memories that I was able to share
with all of them while they were still living
Because then I would be
the happiest person around
But we all know just like I do
that we can never turn back the hands of time
But at least every now and then
I can say that I have been blessed
when my loved ones
come to visit me in my dreams
from a different place and time
Because it reminds me just how lucky I was
to have been able to share my life with them
