Rights under God
What is it precisely you seek,
Handing down justice when you speak;
Saying it is a last resort,
For winning your case in the court.
So justice is fair but is it kind,
When we know that justice is blind;
If it is blind it cannot see,
Without insight that needs to be.
You can open up a law book,
And just take a very good look;
As every page is unfurled,
They describe laws about this world.
Not a one reference of God,
The One you should honor and laud;
To be considered blasphemous,
Like a snake being venomous.
Just one set of laws that should be,
Which Moses gave to you and me;
That causes us all to fall short,
And will have our day in court.
Especially who make the laws,
God will point out all of their flaws;
As the screaming that will be heard,
Those who made laws against His Word.
