Fiery Bones
I call on you in front of God,
Start giving Him honor and laud;
Christ will judge the living and dead,
On that day you will surely dread.
I tell you since Christ comes to rule,
His enemies as a footstool;
And for your earthly desire,
Your fate is the lake of fire.
You might want to merely refuse,
Because of immoral values;
You will find out this is no bluff,
If you do not change soon enough.
No doubt in fighting good fight,
Since I have truly seen the light;
And I care enough about you,
To want you to live my virtue.
Whether or not the time is right,
You must be righteous in His sight;
Be obedient to His Word,
Abiding by what you have heard.
So I am giving you a warning,
Read your Bible in the morning;
Then live as you read through each day,
Remembering to trust and obey.
