Matured Faith
We use wisdom to speak,
Onto those who may seek;
And those who are mature,
That maybe are not sure.
Wisdom here is all wrong,
Since it does not belong;
And should not be on earth,
Where we corrupt its worth.
We speak of mystery,
Of God throughout history;
And ponder anything,
What the future may bring.
But not one eye can see,
What the future will be;
Nor can there be an ear,
Learn what it just might hear.
No mind imagines things,
To what the future clings;
Since His plans for this world,
Has not yet been unfurled.
So do not second guess,
Just how the Lord will bless;
Only give Him the love,
Preparing for thereof.
