Rebelling from God
Since the time of your ancestors,
There have been many protesters;
With blocking God by building walls,
And turning away from His laws.
People must be able to learn,
Just how can they ever return;
For God is being blocked by sin,
From ever returning within.
A person is able to cheat,
Our Lord with lies and deceit;
Which blocks the windows from Heaven,
Where all His blessings are given.
There has been many a harsh word,
That the Lord our God has heard;
In which the blessings cannot flood,
Because of the abundant crud.
So many times that we forsake,
Then He checks if we are awake;
In using various methods,
Such as causing earthquakes and floods.
So if you ever have forsook,
Your name will not be in His book;
All because of the guilt and shame,
That is tarnishing your own name.
As long as you rebel from God,
Giving Him the honor and laud;
And doing as you desire,
Your fate is the lake of fire.
