 Painful Painlessness
I come from that orientation where we should all try
To have the courage to engage in intellectual honesty
But not fury, born out of dishonesty and shamelessness

On this beautiful journey of pain, one is obliged to pick up
The logs of courage with full proof of being humiliated
I do pity those who take it upon themselves to oppress

I would think that they ought to reason outside the main box
But often fly on loaned clouts where angels wouldn't dare
And the mini-powers invested in them lies on falsehood airs

Freedom has a strange appearance in strange timings
And up-til it's found, there is an obsessive loneliness
Folks in this quandary are encouraged not be blown away
By any situations that may last, but for a short time longer

Ridicule with disgrace up into frustrations on God's watch
Where is the shame and what happened to truth and justice?
Common sense and discernment is out on a suspension trip

In many happenings in life; tables often get overturned
God is always present to audit His books on life's events
By this time checks and balances are over due for payment
But, you do not want to peep at the tormentor's pay-check

No need to revenge; If you are lucky, God will let you watch.
