It stalks stealthily as a magnificent leopard
smoothly slithering silently through the dark
jungles of the human heart, lapping up the sweet
emotional waters of the soul filling our fragile
race with a wonderfully sensual sense of exotic danger,
which we cannot run from nor deny for it is that savage
and beautiful beast called love that really gets us through
the many terrors and pitfalls of this tragic and mortal world
in which we sheepishly exist.
