An Autumn Rain  (Re post September 3, 2012)

Autumn Rain Pictures, Images and Photos

It was an autumn rain
The beginning of that season
I deeply felt the pain
I had my reasons

A beautiful colorful leaf fell to the ground
A crisp morning chill in the air
That single leaf fell at my feet not a sound
You leaving suddenly was unfair

I took the leaf home
Kept it in my room
I didn't want to be alone
Felt nothing but gloom

I was feeling down and blue
Could that leaf falling
Have been you
Silently calling

It's been nearly a year
I sadly find
I've shed many a tear
Autumn brings you to mind

That season I had to let you go
Mornings' crisp chilly season
Autumn changes my mood you know
I have my reasons

Leaves will fall, another autumn I will face
Brisk air colorful season again
Autumn rain drops will drizzle all over the place
I will deeply feel the pain
