Winsome Antoinette Ebanks Is Really Rainbow Talents
Winsome Antoinette Ebanks, The poet and singer known as Rainbow Talents has
recently gained four medals and a trophy from The Jamaica Cultural Development Commission for her splendid performance in the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission Speech And Drama Competition for 2008 which was held in The Parish of St. Elizabeth. Winsome's pieces were all original and she excelled in the all four areas of the Competition and obtained the following medals:
1. Dub Poetry - she got a Silver Medal ( Piece entitled “Rasta Revolution Tek Over
Place) This Piece is now in her book that is called “A Rainbow of Dub Poems Book 1” which is on www.lulu.com
2. Standard English Poem - she got a Bronze Medal ( One Piece was entitled
“Who Is Like Garvey?”) This Piece is now in her book that is called “A Rainbow of Children's Poems” which is on www.lulu.com
3. Story Telling - she got a Bronze Medal ( Her piece is entitled “ Reflection On The
Old Days”) Look out for her book “A Rainbow of Jamaican Short Stories” on www.lulu.com
4. Public Speaking - she got a Bronze Medal. You can get some empowered
