A fire within my heartI often write sad or depressing poems. I have decided to show the other side of my poetry. This is a side that I keep to myself for fear of disclosing too much. I wrote this poem for a man who is consistent in surprising me everyday. This poem is dedicated to anyone who loves another with passion and warmth. My heart is beating almost out of my chest. I am exhausted, completely out of breath. The passion between us again renewed. Every times feels as if brand new. Then we kiss like many times before. For some reason I always want more. I never thought it could be like this. Each time together feels like total bliss. It is like the first time we were together. However, each time it seems to get better. From the first kiss, it is as if you knew. That we had something different, maybe even true. You have shown me a passion I have never seen. Your body has taken me to places I have never been. Your sheer attention takes me to new heights. When I am around you, my feelings I can't fight. It feels like we have been together for so long. In your arms I feel as if I belong. Then I feel your hand upon my face. It brings me back from outer space. I kiss you with passion you freely return. I give you my heart as if it's never been burned. When we kiss I get fired up inside. The fire again returns hotter and deeper each time. For now there is something that you must know. Please hold me tight and don't let me go.
