things I have been thinking about
A Wind
This isn't one of those days to remember,
I've just been sitting on my green couch,
for hours watching them as they go about their motions,
nothing gets shaken loose from those old palm trees,
that have been in my backyard a very long time,
the gardener came and went this morning too,
as I spied on him from inside,
what a life different from mine,
he loves those trees.
The branches and leaves move and sway,
not quite like a beautiful woman,
but like one anyway,
I wonder if there really is an inspirational wind,
or does the life come alive from within.
