Yes, I know. It has been a very long time since I have written. I apologize. Lots of things have been going on in my life that has inspired me to write some of my greatest poetry. Although it hurts me, I have also discovered that it can help me as well. A very wise person once told me that it doesn't help to keep things locked inside...he was right. Sure, I know what you're thinking.."Why would she admitt this now?" and "Why should you listen to him?" Well, for one...I actually trust him and I am now in a relationship with him, so it would be suicidal for me to just blow him off and be on my way. He has helped me so much...I guess what I am saying is that if you know that you need the help that I do, it is foolish to wait for help like I did. It was suicidal for me to shut everyone out, thinking that my walls would protect me. Why should you listen to a sixteen year old?? Because this sixteen year old knows what it's like to hide from everybody, to shut everyone out. Thinking that it would protect her...it only killed her more each day.
Just listen to me and get help now...before it's too late and you end up like me.

Heyy! It's been a long time since I last updated this. Thank you so much for all of your feedback. I'd like to give a shoutout to my home-girl red :D Still trying to work up the courage to expose my talent...I am forming a poetry slam at my school, and hopefully people won't laugh.

Hey! I have gotten so much positive feedback that I am so overwhelmed! There is not one negative remark about my poetry! I was so surprised cuz most of my poetry is about hardships that others have faced and me, but thank you so much, and don't be afraid to say something negative if you don't like my poems, send in a feedback letter and I will try to make more satisfying poetry and it won't hurt my feelings :)

Hey my name is Ashley and I am very excited about publishing my poems.Most of them are about hardships in my life or my friends' lives, but some of them are kinda happy. I am 15 years old and the poems that aren't dedicated to some one are about me. That's all 4 now!
