Welcome to my poetry page. Poetry has been a means of expressing myself since I was a young girl. I escaped into this world that spoke with metaphors and abstract images with ease. Deciphering a poem came easy to me. Writing words came even easier...I need to let it out. I need to speak my truth. Sometimes I speak from experience, sometimes from experiences I wish I had, sometimes from my neverending imagination; and sometimes I don't speak at all.
