It wasn't that
I didn't know
The difference
Between Real
And illusion
I didn't think
There was one
It was all a movie
And where was I
Certainly not
On the scene
My V. I. P. chair
Went unnoticed by
Me behind the screen
But that's where I was
Sitting Writing and Watching
And when I finish the script
The film will be done
The only credits that roll
Are my names across
The memories of others
