Hello,
I'm 56 years old. I live in an 18th century cottage in a village in Gloucestershire with my partner Val and our teenage daughter Emma.
I am a Registered Nurse working with people with severe learning difficulties.
I have many varied hobbies and interests, including an interest in the life and writing of poets Ted Hughes and Sylvia Plath.
My favorite poems are 'The Rime of The Ancient Mariner' by Samuel Taylor Coleridge, 'Naming of Parts' by Henry Reed and 'Aftermath' by Siegfried Sassoon.
This is my first attempt at writing poetry.
