You
A look that I know can only be followed by certain death So intense I can't look away And I don't want to This look is the only thing I have in life And it leads to a most certain death For only my heart My mind is racing in the few seconds I have left I want to turn away for his sake But the selfishness pulls me in My time is up the lovers call has been made And I did not refuse What did I expect I surely did not expect this from you This passion in something so simplistic Something I wasn't sure you had But with your hand behind my neck pulling me in Holding me so tight I can't get away I have been proven wrong You hold me close to you and I wish for this moment to never end Two lovers as they should be For once in their lives But the passion dies out and your hand falls Releasing me to a harsh reality This is not a dive I was ready to take I slowly turn and walk away as I realize I have taken what wasn't mine Reality is not my dreams
