Samsara, all things change. So they do. It is important that the change be for the better. An improvement. Internalized, not outside pressured. I have vaulted many writes that I felt were beyond my bounds, as I did not know if what I felt were true, or if I projected something on someone they didn't deserve. I held my feelings back from you the reader. I may have been wrong, I hoped with my whole being I was. I will from time to time re-introduce these "lost" pieces of a puzzle. You could live quite well without ever reading them, yet I would be a fragment of what I truly am, a man who has made mistakes, has regrets, loves with all his heart...knows full well all things change.
For about a year, I have been signing Michael, my real name, as Fletcher Pen. My style, my life has changed and so my signature reflects this. I don't know how, but I think it will produce a more honest poem. Automagically like dialing numbers and someone picks up the phone!
