THE FALL OF MAN
Even a casual observer
should look at Fall's fiery foliage
with great awe, wonder and fervor;
as if they were an ancient holy sage.
Indeed, all of creation reveals
the manifold splendor of God above.
Its wildflower-filled sunny fields
and buried treasures embody love.
John was wrong when he imagined
a fairy-tale world with no isms.
Alas, the Lord has been much maligned;
and few acknowledge His provision.
B.J. (9-14-2014)
Note: Unfortunately, I can't find the
scripture I wanted to post with this.
When I do I will add it here. Amen.
