I'm sorry for the hurt I've caused you.
Sorry to make you blue.
Sorry to make you feel so bad.
So much I've put you through.
Sorry for the hurtful words.
Sorry to make you cry.
Sorry to commit a hateful crime,
not holding your hand in mine.
You see, I'm only human.
I'm tired of being condemned.
Just take a walk in my shoes.
Walk to and where I've been.
Am I wrong to be so kind?
Am I wrong to love so much?
I feel its just not worth it.
Just feel like giving up.
Treat me rudely. I'll respond.
Yell at me and I won't care.
You question me every day
then get scared when I'm not there.
You can turn on the TV
You can watch the news all day.
That won't pass away the time
nor heal the pain for god's sake!
How I know that I've been rude!
There is no excuse for that.
For every unkind word I said,
I take every last one of em back.
I'm sorry for every hurtful word.
Wanna turn the hands of time.
