Hi!
My name is Leslie. I am new to this site. I live in Arkansas, and have
for most of my life. I enjoy writing in general. Mostly my mind races,
and is am filled with thoughts that I feel I must write down. Sometimes
the words just flow, and it makes me feel good. Like a release of sorts.
Sometimes I find it a little harder to get my thoughts together to say what
it is I mean to say.
I am a mother. I have 2 children of my own and a stepson. My youngest is
a special needs child. They fill my days with love and laughter. They all inspire me greatly.
I hope to share poetry with others that they may relate with. Or find meaning
in. I want my poetry to touch hearts, provoke laughter, or tears. I have
rarely shared any of my poetry with anyone. I look forward to getting some
feedback so that I can know what others think of it. Thank you for taking
