Whence We Came

Life, always existed within
a place we've been, bursting
forth with a Light so bright
from a place beyond sight!
Hearts beating, limbs sprouting
lightening flashing! So, why is
mankind still in chaos doubting,
lacking humility, and always pouting?
Now, telescopes in vain, we search
beyond the void of darkness with hope,
trying to reach Mars, and other
habitable stars?
A star with ET, and friends that might
help us escape from a place we seem
always trapped within
But Earth, wasn't it man's home
graced by the one on Its Throne?
IT has been, and is only known by one...
that graciously humble, and benevolent Son!
That Son who won, and promised to help us regain
the essence of Him within, from whence we came!
